Abstract:
The properties of four carboxyl acrylate rubber(ACM) were studied and compared. Two of those were domestic grades,2211 and 4212,and the other two were the corresponding grades of imported products,PA526 and PA522HF. The results showed that the molecular weights of ACM PA526 and 4212 were larger, and that of ACM PA522HF was the smallest. The vulcanization speeds of ACM PA526 and 2211 compounds were faster. The hot air aging resistances of ACM PA526,2211 and PA522HF vulcanizates were better, and the tensile strength of ACM 2211 vulcanizate was the largest after hot air aging at 190 ℃ for 72 h. The compression sets of ACM 4212 and PA522HF vulcanizates were smaller, the oil resistances of ACM PA526 and 2211 vulcanizates were better, but the low temperature resistance of ACM 2211 vulcanizate was poor.
