Abstract: |
The conductive silicone rubber was prepared by filling the conductive carbon black EC-600JD and BP2000 and graphene nanosheets, and its electrical and mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that the electrical properties of the silicone rubber filled with BP2000 were better than those of EC-
600JD filled silicone rubber. When 25 phr of BP2000 and a certain amount of graphene nanosheets were filled in the silicone rubber, with the increase of the amount of graphene nanosheets, the electrical properties of the conductive silicone rubber were gradually improved. When the amount of graphene nanosheets was 1 phr,the mechanical properties of the conductive silicone rubber were the best, the electric properties were better, the time to reach the electrothermal balance was the shortest, and the piezoresistive characteristic was the least obvious. |
