Abstract: |
In this paper,the effect of the belt expansion on tire ground footprint was studied.The various of the angle change rules of belt expansion steel cord were compared,and the effect of common belt expansion on the accuracy of tire ground footprint simulation was analyzed.The characteristics of 0° belt steel wire were researched,the tire performance simulation method considering 0° belt prestrain was put forward,and the effect of the 0° belt prestrain on tire ground footprint was analyzed.The results of this study could provide guidance for tire structural design,process design and simulation analysis. |
