Abstract: |
The nonlinear finite element method was used to simulate the compression of automobile doorframe sealing strip.The compression deformation and compression force of three simulation model and test automobile doorframe sealing strips were compared.The results showed that,the compression force of the automobile doorframe sealing strip was mainly caused by the deformation of the bubble tube,and the deformation of the jaw had a certain influence on the compression force,but the influence was small.The difference between the performance of the inner and outer surface coating layer dense compound and the internal sponge compound of the bubble tube had a great influence on the compression force,which should be considered in the modeling to improve the simulation accuracy. |
