Abstract:
      The application of single coating adhesive in rubber bearing was studied.The results showed that compared with the traditional double coating adhesive，the single coating adhesive had higher sulfur starting temperature and faster treatment efficiency and was suitable for high temperature and rapid vulcanization products.It had strong process applicability and good adhesion.The peel strength of rubber and metal peel samples was more than 11 kN·m-1，and the failure type of samples was ideal.The rubber bearing with single coating adhesive had high stiffness and good dynamic fatigue resistance，which could meet the application requirements of rubber bearing.
