Abstract: |
Taking a kind of bonded resilient baseplat as an example,the influences of two processes of open mixer thermal refining and screw extruder thermal refining on the properties of the compound and product were studied.The results showed that,compared with open mixer thermal refining process,the screw extruder thermal refining process could improve the compound temperature,thus,the curing time of the product could be shorted,the stiffness stability of the product was better,and the adhesion and fatigue resistance were similar. |
