Abstract:
      The application of low ammonia concentrated natural latex in the production of household glove was studied.The results showed that,the stability of the pre-vulcanized latex could be improved by supplemented potassium hydroxide and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as stabilizer into low ammonia concentration natural latex with basic formula,which could greatly alleviate the skining problems of pre-vulcanized latex.As supplemented potassium hydroxide with the mass fraction of 0.000 5 and SDS with the mass fraction of 0.001,the stabilizing effect was good.When the mass fraction of calcium chloride as coagulant reached 0.24,the impregnation forming effect of pre-vulcanized latex glove production was good,and the “lack of material” problem of glove was solved.
