| Abstract: |
| The design and finite element analysis of EPDM sealing ring for battery pack of new energy vehicle and safety performance test of the battery pack were introduced.The EPDM compound had good physical properties，stress relaxation resistance and compression deformation resistance.The finite element analysis results of EPDM seal ring showed that EPDM seal ring could provide reliablb sealing performance under the minimum and maximum physical conditions.The results of battery pack combustion and seawater immersion test showed that the battery pack with EPDM seal ring had good safety performance and met the requirements of national standards. |
