Abstract: |
The impact resistance of tire was studied based on pendulum strike test. The results showed that the results of pendulum strike test could reflect the ability of sidewall to resist impact when the tire encountered impact; The tire was a complex elastic body, and the impact kinetic energy had a non-linear relationship with the bulge height; The pendulum strike test could effectively detect the minimum bulging damage energy of the tire. The smaller the minimum bulging damage energy, the worse the impact resistance of the tire. |
