| Abstract: |
| The forward and reverse wrapping technology of the carcass of aviation radial tire was studied.In the regular process of aircraft radial tire carcass formation, the carcass cord could not be automatically fitted and the bead roots might get pleated.By adding auxiliary supports on both sides of the carcass drum，reducing the folding ratio of the carcass drum，increasing the gap between the finger-shaped forward wrapping device and the reverse capsule，pre-inflating the capsule，ensuring the synchronous action of the two finger-shaped forward wrapping devices，optimizing the structure of the finger-shaped forward wrapping device and increasing the number of finger pieces，the problems were effectively solved. With the improved process, the molding quality and efficiency of the carcass were improved，and the labor intensity of workers was reduced. |
