Abstract: |
The causes of insoluble sulfur blooming in the compound were studied by setting the final mixing process parameters and storage conditions of the compound.The results showed that the precipitates on the compounds surface were basically sulfur,which was reduced by insoluble sulfur.By using the established evaluation grade system of the compound blooming degree,including the photos corresponding to each grade,the blooming performance of insoluble sulfur could be characterized intuitively and quickly.The appropriate final mixing discharge temperature and storage environment(temperature) could effectively avoid insoluble sulfur blooming. |
