Abstract:
      A bifunctional cross-linking agent 1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane was prepared by three-step method,which could be used as anti-reversion agent of diene rubber.Structure of synthetic 1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,differential thermal scanning analysis and elemental analysis.The purity of the synthetic 1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane was up to 98.5% by high performance liquid chromatography analysis.
