Abstract: |
The application of nanometer zinc oxide in betel cellulose short fiber(BCF)/natural rubber(NR)composites was investigated. The results showed that, compared with common zinc oxide, nanometer zinc oxide dispersed uniformly in BCF/NR composites, and there was no obvious agglomeration. With the increase of nano zinc oxide dosage, the curing rate and crosslinking density of BCF/NR composites were increased, while the swelling resistance, tensile properties and tear strength were first increased and then decreased. When the dosage of nanometer zinc oxide was 4 phr,the tensile properties, tear strength, swelling resistance and aging resistance of BCF/NR composites were the best. |
