Abstract: |
Based on the Abaqus finite element analysis software, the three-dimensional finite element model of the C-hole non pneumatic tire with a specification of 2. 50-14 was established in this study. Aiming at the problem of the uneven distribution of the ground stress, the high styrene hard elastomer layer with different width and thickness was embedded as the skeleton material. The bearing performance and grounding performance of the non pneumatic tire were optimized, and the optimum thickness and width of the hard elastomer layer were obtained. The results showed that when the width of the hard elastomer layer was 40 mm and the thickness was 6 mm,the bearing performance and grounding performance of the tire were better. |
