Abstract: |
The properties of single wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)/butyl rubber(IIR) composites (including the compound and vulcanizate) were studied. The results showed that, with the increase of SWCNTs amount, the t10 and t90 of SWCNTs/IIR compound decreased,Payne effect and loss factor increased, the crosslinking density and heat resistance of SWCNTs/IIR vulcanizate were improved.SWCNTs had a reinforcing effect on IIR,and the reinforcing effect was best when SWCNTs amount was 2 phr.The electrical conductivity, relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor of SWCNTs/IIR vulcanizate were percolated when SWCNTs amount was 4 phr,but when SWCNTs amount was 6 phr or more, the electrical properties of the vulcanizate tended to be stable. |
