Abstract: |
Based on the control variable method and orthogonal test method, the performance of the rubber sealing ring for the steel pile plug of offshore wind turbine was analyzed by finite element method. The influence of material hardness, friction coefficient of contact surface, compression ratio, contact surface ovality and the geometry parameters of the seal cross-section on the performance of the rubber sealing ring was studied. The results showed that the increase of material hardness and compression ratio of the rubber sealing ring would improve its sealing performance, but at the same time, they would also have a negative impact. The increase of contact surface friction coefficient had no significant effect on the sealing performance of the rubber sealing ring. The effect of the geometry parameters of the seal cross-section on the working performance of the rubber sealing ring decreased in the order of section width, contact surface ovality and section length. |
