Abstract: |
The graphene oxide(GO)/natural rubberl(NR)/solution polymerized styrene butadiene(SSBR) and reduced graphene oxide(rGO)/NR/SSBR composites were prepared by two stage mixing process with the first stage inetrnal mixing and the second stage open mixing,and the effect of the first stage mixing time on properties of GO/NR/SSBR and rGO/NR/SSBR composites was studied.The results showed that,with the extension of the first stage mixing time,theFL and Fmax of GO/NR/SSBR and rGO/NR/SSBR composites was prolonged,t90 was shortened,shore A hardness,modules at 300% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength was enlarged first and then reduced,electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity first increased and then decreased,air tightness was improved first,then stabilized and then decreased. |
