Abstract: |
The 3D printing molding method suitable for industrial ceramic powder-polymer blending feed was developed combining with the feeding and extruding methods of the existing rubber extruder.By scanning electron microscopy, melt flowability and apparent viscosity analysis of the blending feeds with different ratio between industrial ceramic powder and polymer,it was found that when the volume fraction of industrial ceramic powder was 0.680 0,that was,the mass fraction was 0.922 3,the overall performance of the blending feed was the best, and the printed blank and sintered product met the design requirements. |
