Abstract:
The physicochemical properties of the new adhesive resin AN220 were characterized. The results showed that the new adhesive resin AN220 was new resorcinol formaldehyde resin(resorcinol donor). The softening point was 101.5 ℃,the number average molecular weight was 546,the weight average molecular weight was 964,the environmental protection was excellent, and the mass fraction of free resorcinol was 0.020 8.The volatiles at 150,200 and 250 ℃ were resorcinol,2-styrene resorcinol and their isomers. At 54.12 ℃,the intermolecular movement occurred, and the energy released was 11.98 J·g-1.At 152.93 ℃,the free resorcinol was released, the endothermic reaction took place, and the absorbed energy was 0.45 J·g-1.At 207.59 ℃,the volatile compounds were precipitated, and the energy released was 0.33 J·g-1.
