Abstract: |
The low modulus and high damping compound of the elastomeric isolators for buildings were studied. The results showed that using the carbon black with small particle size and large specific surface area,and increasing addition level of carbon black and tackifier resin,the shear modulus of the compound
was effectively reduced. In order to ensure the shear modulus was between 0. 3 and 0. 5 MPa,a proper amount of plasticizer should be added to the compound. |
