| Layered halogen-free flame retardant conveyor belt compound was prepared with nitrile rubber as the main material and nano magnesium hydroxide modified by coupling agent Si69 as the main flame retardant. The test results showed that the oxygen index of the compound was more than 30%, the flame retardant grade, tensile strength and tear strength were higher, the permanent deformation at break was smaller, and the flame retardant and physical properties of the compound met the index requirements. |
