Abstract: |
In this paper,the cold runner of the large asymmetric rubber product injection mold used in high-speed rail outer windshield was designed and optimized.Eight schemes were designed for the cold runner of the injection mold according to the orthogonal test method.Through the use of the finite element simulation software POLYFLOW,eight design schemes were simulated for fluid pressure,flow velocity,shear rate and viscosity.The optimization scheme was selected,then the main variables—the inlet flow rate in the scheme were optimized once,and the best design scheme was finally obtained:Model 2 was selected for the diversion channel,the gate diameter was 6 mm, and the inlet flow rate was 90 cm3·s-1. |
