Abstract:
      The research status and preparation methods of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) at home and abroad are summarized, and the method of applying molecular simulation technology to simulate and predict the molecular structure and properties of HNBR is introduced. The large-scale production of HNBR mainly adopts the solution hydrogenation method; the molecular simulation technology is used to simulate and calculate the molecular structure and performance of HNBR and compare it with the experimental data, which can effectively predict the influence of the molecular structure parameters of HNBR on the performance, so as to prepare high-performance HNBR. HNBR provides a theoretical basis for the controllable preparation of the structure and properties of HNBR.
