Abstract: |
The formulation of the covering compound of PVG flame-retardant integral core conveyor belt which was made of PVC flame-retardant integral core conveyor belt with a covering compound by molding method was optimized. The optimum formulation of the covering compound was as follows:NBR 100,PVC(paste) 30,carbon black N234 40,stearic acid 2,zinc oxide 5,chlorinated paraffin/antimony trioxide/zinc borate/ammonium polyphosphate/aluminium hydroxide 20/8/15/15/15,dispersant R50 5,plasticizer 20,antioxidant 2,and sulfur/accelerator TBBS 1.7/1.8. The adhesion between the covering compound and the core,the physical properties,flame-retardant performance and drum friction test results of the optimized covering compound met the requirements of MT 914—2008. |
