Abstract: |
The medical silicone rubber catheter with hydrophilicity and antibacterial was prepared by surface modification of silicone rubber catheter,and the properties were characterized.The results showed that,compared with the unmodified catheter,the friction coefficient of modified catheter reduced 90% or above,the hydrophilicity was improved significantly.The modified catheter after soaking in water for 7 days still had good lubricity,and the adhesion between coating and catheter surface was better.The modified catheter had good and lasting antibacterial on staphylococcus aureus,which could meet the needs in clinical treatment and had a great application future. |
