Abstract: |
The storage performance,processability,tensile properties of the film and self-curing mechanism of the ammonia-free natural latex using the speeding accelerator PX/sulfur/zinc oxide curing system were studied.The results showed that the isothiazolinone derivative preservative used for ammonia-free natural latex had a synergistic effect on the accelerator PX/sulfur/zinc oxide curing system.The isothiazolinone derivative would lead the ammonia-free complex latex self-curing at room temperature.Appropriate adjustment of the amount of accelerator PX/sulfur/zinc oxide could obtain the ammonia-free complex latex with better storage performance,film formation performance and film tensile property. |
