Abstract: |
The particles shapes of two kinds of conventional ZnO sample were analyzed in the test, the effect of optimized mixing process on the micronization of two ZnO particles in natural rubber(NR) compound was investigated. The results showed that ordinary ZnO particles aggregated to form aggregates, the aggregates size of 2# ZnO was obviously larger than that of 1# ZnO.ZnO aggregates could be micronizated by addation of ZnO prior to other minor materials, but the effect was not obvious. The particles sizes of two kinds of ZnO could be significantly decreased by one stage masterbatch, which resulted in the properties improvement of the vulcanizates . |
