Abstract: |
The silica was modified by γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(coupling agent KH550),then mechanically mixed with the graphene oxide(GO) suspension, and coupling agent KH550 modified GO/Silica nano-hybrid filler(GO@SiO2) was prepared by spray-drying mixture. The effect of the coupling agent KH550 amount on the properties of the solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)/butadiene rubber(BR)/GO@SiO2 composite was investigated. The results showed that, when the mass fraction of coupling agent KH550 was 7% and 10% of silica, the thermal stability of GO@SiO2 was better. The coupling agent KH550 could significantly improve the crosslink density, filler dispersibility, wear resistance and reduce heat build-up of composites. When the mass fraction of coupling agent KH550 was 5% of silica, the crosslink density was the highest and the comprehensive physical properties of the composite were the best. When the mass fraction of coupling agent KH550 was 10% of silica, the wear resistance of the composite was the best and the heat build-up was the lowest. |
