Abstract:
      The improvement of the coagulants system for natural latex aerocyst urethral catheter was studied. The results showed that，using“calcium nitrate＋light calcium carbonate＋isopropanol＋methyl cellulose＋water” instead of “calcium nitrate＋light calcium carbonate＋water” as 1# coagulant of the first layer gel，“calcium nitrate＋isopropanol＋water” instead of “calcium nitrate＋light attached agent＋ water” as 2# coagulant and 3# coagulant，the contents of calcium nitrate and light calcium carbonate in the coagulant were decreased greatly，and the stimulating risk for the patient’s of urethral catheter in clinical application was reduced，the environmental pollution was reduced too，and the burr and bump quality defects of the aerocyst urethral catheter product was effectively fallen down. The“calcium nitrate＋isopropanol＋ water” had stronger solidification ability than the“calcium nitrate＋ethanol” with the same content of calcium nitrate，and it was more suitable as 2# coagulant and 3# coagulant.
