Abstract:
      Taking two-stage double-thread short-amplitude internal cycloidal screw pump as the research object,the chamber pressure formation and lifting performance such as lifting pressure and displacement were analyzed. The results showed that,compared with the double-thread short-amplitude internal cycloidal screw pump,the lifting pressure and displacement of external cycloidal pump were reduced by about 30%. Therefore,the external cycloidal screw pump was more suitable for applications in the shallow wells with low production due to its low production and maintenance cost,while use of the internal cycloidal screw pump in oil field could improve work efficiency and save time effectively.
