Abstract: |
In this paper, the effects of carbon fiber content on the mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, processing properties and dynamic mechanical properties of rubber / carbon fiber composites were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of NR / CF composites are the best when 3phr carbon fibers are added. When 15phr was added, the volume resistivity of rubber sample decreased by 3 orders of magnitude compared with that without carbon fiber. The thermal conductivity was increased by 21.8 than that of the sample without carbon fiber. With the increase of carbon fiber content, the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of the sample increased. |
