Abstract: |
The geometry models and the finite element analysis models of retreaded off-the-road tire were built by using Creo and ANSYS Workbench software respectively, the boundary conditions of finite element analysis of steady state temperature field was determined, then the steady-state temperature field test system was constructed, and the temperature distribution and heat flux distribution characteristics of the tread layer, breaker layer, belt layer, carcass layer, side wall layer and bead toe layer along the width direction and radial direction of the tire were obtained. The test results and simulation results showed that, the temperature of shoulder position on both sides of the carcass layer was higher, while the temperature of shoulder position on both sides of the belt layer, breaker layer and tread layer was lower;with the increase of driving speed, the temperature of the inner chamber of the tire increased, and the temperature rise of the tread layer and breaker layer was higher;the heat flux of shoulder position on both sides of the tread layer, breaker layer and belt layer,as well as the interface between the side wall layer and the carcass layer, and the interface between the bead toe layer and the carcass layer was larger. |
