Abstract: |
The waste rubber could be regenerated at low temperature by using a new hexagonal shear rotor internal mixer developed independently,and the effect of low temperature mixing process parameters on the regeneration of waste rubber was investigated by using the orthogonal test of five factors and four levels.The results showed that,the optimum regeneration process parameters of low temperature internal mixing method were as follows:shear mixing time 12 min,rotor speed 60 r·min-1,filling factor 0.75~0.80,pressure 0.8 MPa,cooling water temperature 40 ℃.Under these conditions,the regenerated rubber has the best comprehensive physical properties and the regeneration effect was good. |
