Abstract: |
high crosslinking density and hard silicone rubber was obtained by hydrosilylation of tetramethyltetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane and tetramethyltetrahydrocyclotetrasiloxane under the action of platinum catalyst. The process of "liquid level suspension" and "multi-step heating" were adopted in the preparation process. The curing process, surface properties, hardness and thermal stability were studied by DSC,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, atomic force microscope, Shao hardness tester and thermogravimetric analyzer, respectively. The crosslinking density was calculated by equilibrium swelling method. The experimental results show that: multi-step heating can effectively control the crosslinking reaction; and the silicone rubber has a very low roughness, and RMS roughness Rq is 1.74 nm, and average roughness of Ra is 1.39 nm; hardness of Shao D is 78.3; crosslinking density is 2.87′10-3 mol/cm-3; when the mass loss of silicone rubber is 5%, the corresponding temperature is 602.1 o C, and the final residual amount is 83.57%. |
