| Abstract: |
| A new process of continuous gasification solvent method is proposed, and its reaction mechanism, process flow, process design characteristics and expected effects are introduced. The new process mainly includes sulfur gasification, pretreatment, homopolymerization, refining, separation, oil filling and packaging processes. The whole process is continuous from raw sulfur feeding to semi-finished product discharge; setting interlocking control points can realize automatic control.The raw materials are recycled, there is no three-waste pollution, and it is green and environmentally friendly.The whole process is protected by nitrogen and has strong safety. The adoption of the new process is conducive to giving full play to the production capacity of the equipment, improving the production efficiency and reducing the manufacturing cost. |
