Abstract: |
Based on the equation of heat conduction and Rafei’s curing kinetics model, a finite element simulation model of laminated rubber isolation bearings’ curing process is established. The result of the thermocouple temperature test verifies the validity of the established finite element model. So it can be used in the formulation and optimization of the curing process. Four curing schemes are simulated by using the finite element model. The results show that the preheating of the rubber isolation bearing can improve the curing efficiency more than the auxiliary heating. |
