Abstract: |
The thermal-physical properties of isoprene rubber(IR)were measured by using flash heat conductivity analyzer and differential scanning calorimeter in curing process to establish the relationship between thermal conductivity or specific heat capacity and temperature distribution. The 3D model of IR was created, and the microwave curing process was simulated by using finite element analysis software to achieve Joule heat density distribution and temperature distribution in four cases in which thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity were constant or changed with temperature. The results showed that, the change of thermal conductivity had little effect on the temperature distribution, while the change of specific heat capacity had significant impact. |
