Abstract: |
The thermally conductive vinyl polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS )was prepared by using boron nitride(BN) and boron nitride/carbon nanotube(CNTs)as fillers, and its thermal conductivity was investigated. The results showed that with the addition level of BN and CNTs increasing, the thermal conductivity and the thermal diffusivity of materials increased. When BN content was large enough, filler network and thermally conductive path were formed. CNTs further connected the planar structures of the BN particles to form a three-dimensional network structure. The more the filler, the stronger the thermally conductive filler network formed. BN played a major role in the network, and CNTs played a supporting reinforcement role. |
