| According to the characteristics of microwave heating vulcanization method，microwave intermittent heating method for rubber vulcanization was proposed by using finite element method software（ANSYS） in order to solve the problems in traditional heating method. According to the vulcanization process，the flowchart of intermittent heating was designed，and the trend of temperature change during vulcanization by microwave intermittent heating was analyzed. The simulation results showed that，by using the microwave intermittent heating method，the problems such as fast temperature rising，short scorch time，poor mold filling of rubber compound and continuous increase of the temperature difference between inside and outside of rubber compound in microwave continuous heating technology were effectively solved. |
