Abstract:
      The dynamic properties of NR compound with different vulcanization systems were investigated by RPA. The results showed that,with frequency increasing,the storage modulus(G') of mix and vulcanizate increased,and the tanδ of mix decreased but the tanδ of vulcanizate increased. With strain increasing,the G' of mix and vulcanizate decreased,the tanδ of mix increased rapidly when the strain was more than 20%,but the tanδ of vulcanizate showed the peak value at the strain of 2%. With temperature increasing,the G' of mix decreased and the tanδ increased while the G' of vulcanizate increased and the tanδ decreased.Under all three scan modes,the G' of vulcanizate decreased in the order of SEV,EC,CV and EV.It was indicated that high G' could be obtained with a certain proportion of single,double and poly sulfur bonds.
