Abstract: |
The effect of different ratio of sulfur-modified factice softener and carbon black on the processing, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal conductivity was investigated in the 70-degree natural rubber. The results showed that after filling the modified factice, the Mooney viscosity decreased significantly, the scorch time was extended by about 40 s, the highest torque and the lowest torque were both decreased. Apart from processability, the rubber with same filling amount of the modified factice and carbon black N774 have good aging properties, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal conductivity. |
