Abstract: |
Based on the abundant phenolic hydroxyl groups of tea polyphenol (TP), two kinds of multifunctional rubber additives were prepared according to the Mannich reaction mechanism and complexing mechanism. These two additives have the multifunction of promoting vulcanization, improving filler dispersion and improving rubber-filler interaction. When used in rubber materials, they can improve the tensile strength, wear resistance and decrease the temperature rise of vulcanizates. |
