| Take Automobile tire recall in the United States and China as the research object.Through the analysis of the complaint and recall data from the automobile tire products over the years. The main characteristics, changes and trends of automobile tire products recall in China and the United States over the years are obtained. Further research shows that the brand、distribution of the defects are close to tire complaints and recalls in the United States and China. the average annual number of recalls, recall of tires, tire manufacturers take the initiative to recall rate differences between the two countries, the United States is much higher than that of China. American automobile tire recall is relatively mature, and China"s automobile tire recall is still in its infancy. based on this, puts forward some suggestions for the practice of the United States we can learn from. |
