Abstract: |
The tire finite element model was established based on Abaqus software, and the inflated peripheral dimension, shoulder stress distribution, belt stress distribution and bead and rim contacting stress distribution of 305/75R24.5 truck and bus radial tire were predicted and analyzed. The FEA simulation results showed that, the inflated peripheral dimension of the tire met the requirements of the national standard, and the subsidence rate under static load met the overall stiffness requirements of the tire. The maximum shoulder stress was located at the end of the 3# belt, and the stress value of the 2# belt was less than that of the 3# belt under the condition of inflation and static load. The contact stress between the bead and rim was high around the location of interference fit. |
