Abstract: |
2, 2"-dibenzamido diphenyl disulfide (DBADPDS) was used as regenerant in desulfurization of waste latex rubber (WLR) in internal mixer. The effects of naphthenic oil, amount of regenerant and desulfurization temperature on desulfurization were studied. The results show that the crosslink density was deceased with the increasing of the amount of naphthenic oil. Regenerant could promote the desulfurization, but the sulphur from DBADPDS would take part in the cross-linking reaction of WLR if the too many regenerants were added. The main chains of rubber were broken easily if the temperature was exceeded 140℃. The appropriate temperature was 120℃ in desulfurization process. |
