Abstract: |
The rubber vibrating extrusion experiment was carried out on self-developed rubber vibrating extrusion test platform. The results showed that when the vibration was introduced into the rubber extrusion process to increase the mobility of rubber, the rubber flow resistance, extrusion pressure and energy consumption were reduced. The effect of vibrating frequency and amplitude on rubber extrusion pressure was significant, and the optimal intervals of vibration frequency and amplitude should be chosen based on a comprehensive consideration of the energy consumption and surface quality of the extrudates. |
