| Abstract: |
| CM/POE blend foams of different mass ratio were prepared through the method of mould foaming by using chemical blowing agent, the effect of various blending ratio on the cell sructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that all the CM/POE blend foams with closed-cells structure. With the increasing of content of POE, the cell diameter decreased firstly and then increased, the cell structure changed from flat ununiform to stereoscopic uniform distribution,the wall of cells became thick,in addition,the tensile strength and modulus increased at first and then dropped,the compression strength increased gradually,the elongation at break and shore C bardness decreased,but the resilience had no obviously change. |
