Abstract: |
The effect of the volume fraction of silver-plated nickel powder on the properties of silver-plated nickel powder / silicone rubber conductive composites was studied. The results show that the tensile strength of the conductive rubber composites increases, the elongation at break increases rapidly, the percolation threshold of the volume resistivity appears with the increase of the volume fraction of silver - nickel powder. When the volume fraction of silver-filled nickel powder is 44.0%, the conductive rubber composites have the characteristics of better electrical stability , excellent shielding performance but poor electrochemical corrosion resistance. |
