Abstract:
In this paper, the molecular weight and processability of natural rubber were tested by Mooney viscometer, gel permeation chromatograph, Ubbelohde viscometer, Wallace rapid plasticity meter and RPA2000. The effects of temperature and frequency of RPA2000 on the modulus of elasticity, G, loss factor tanδand their ratio of natural rubber strain scanning are mainly studied, and the effects of temperature and strain of RPA2000 on the modulus of elasticity, G, loss factor tanδand their ratio of natural rubber frequency scanning are also studied。The results of RPA show that the difference between the elastic modulus G "and the loss factor tanδ is the highest at 120 ℃ and 0.HZ; The difference between the elastic modulus G "and the loss factor tanδ at 120 ℃ is the largest, and the effect of the strain on the frequency scanning elastic modulus G" and the loss factor tanδ is not significant.
