Abstract:
      The analytical method based on calibration curve was established to detect the raw rubber content of chloroprene rubber(CR).The results showed that the optimum sample weight for thermogravimetric analysis was 10 mg,and the samples could be fully fragmented when it maintained for 20 min at the maximum oven temperature of 650 ℃.The calibration curve was established by taking the determined actual raw rubber content of CR as y axis and the raw rubber content obtained from thermogravimetry curve as x axis.Based on the calibration curve,the actual raw rubber content of CR could be obtained through the raw rubber content determined by thermogravimetry analysis.The accuracy of determination method for raw rubber content of CR was between 97.95% and 104.12%.
